Registration
General information
Registration for the AIED 2015 Conference is independent from booking a hotel. Nevertheless, we provide a list of hotels in the nearby area (see Accommodation page).
Registration for the main conference is mandatory in order to participate in any of the events related to the main conference (including workshops).
Conference fees (see note * below) include attendance to all the conference events on 23/24/25 June, lunches, coffee and refreshment breaks the same days, usb proceedings, on site Wi-Fi, welcome reception and banquet dinner. In addition each day workshop fee includes attendance, lunch, coffee and refreshment break.
Registration and payment is on-line. (Visa and MasterCard are accepted).
Workshop Authors
For each contribution in the workshops at least one author should register and pay for the main conference before April 27 (18h, UTC+2) otherwise contributions cannot be included in the workshop proceedings.

*From June 1, 2015, conference dinner is not included in the registration fee due to organizational constraints. If available, tickets will be sold during the conference days. Late on-line registration ends on June 18, 2015. After that date, registration is on-site, during June 22 and 23.
Important, before registering
You will be asked to enter information about:
- Your NIF (for Spaniards). Others: an ID ( Passport number/social security ID, driver license ...)
- Your membership (if you apply for this), please check that you are a 2015 active (AIED/EDM) member.
- Your number of paper and title if you are a workshop author with an accepted contribution
- Your student certificate, if you apply for this fee. (To be send by e-mail to jdolera@fundacion.uned.es), with subject: student certificate for AIED 2015.

This online process consists of two consecutive phases: registration and payment which can be done in just one run.

(Enter through option 2, with your registration password ). Please note that this option is only for payment, (i.e. you can not change your previous registration automatically ).

Already registered, extending and paying your registration for workshops
If you are a workshop author with an accepted contribution you have to provide the number of your accepted paper and its title
